French photographer JR is working in Sierra Leone, Sudan, Kenya and Liberia on his 28 mm project, he photographs people, mostly laughing, and prints their faces on huge sheets of paper and displays the work. The pictures are great, and the way he uses them to decorate the city is great.

Yeah, great. My sweex card reader somehow screwed my photo’s. All the pictures I took yesterday look like weird posterized arty farty crap. Great!

Just bought a Dr. Flake’s album, Intervention chirursicale. It is a mixture of electro, triphop and loungy sounds.

Ruby on Rails sometimes has some odd errors now and then. Sometimes you get this “is not missing” error, especially for websites that you run in production mode. I understand from some discussions on the web that most of this is caused by namespaces and models. So try to avoid name-spaced models, controllers seem to work fine. Oddly enough I only noticed this behavior when I run the website with a fine tool called Phusion Passenger.

First real blog post, yey. I just grabbed Leonard Freed’s book “World View”. The book is an amazing collection of a very intriguing mind. Freed’s pictures are not a plain representation of the world, but the world through his eyes, with the emotions that belong in the picture. I kind off randomly bought the book, but never took time to really look at it. It surely is worth looking at thoroughly.
